We operate 100% online and do not have a physical store or fitting facilities unfortunately.

We offer a 7 day return policy on all our full priced items. All returned items must receive us in no longer than 10 days after items was received.

You are welcome to use your own courier to deliver to our office address or we can arrange it for you at extra costs.

Should we arrange courier collections, please note the following costs:

- Return Fee of R150

- Exchange Fee of R200

Regrettably No returns/refunds apply to Custom items or Sale Items

Refunds might take +/-7 days after receipt of returned item.

Once the courier has collected your item, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to be activated

If we have your item in stock, delivery in South-Africa takes approximately 2-4 days depending on location.

If we don't have stock, the delivery time is approximately +2-3 weeks.

Yes, we do. We will however send you an accurate quote (after we have received your order & weighed it) with a separate payment link.

Stock Availability

On most of our items we follow a back-order systems which allows our clients to purchase their items even though the size might be out of stock.

We will then either have it manufactured or order from factory and have it delivered in approximately +/- 2 weeks.

If you are on a deadline to receive your item please enquire before purchasing

We have a few items that is made to order on customer request, sizing etc.

On these items we do not offer returns/refunds/exchanges

We do not offer any alterations to garments/dresses and recommend a local tailor to assist if there is any need for altering.
