2. Incurred Costs: Ordering on a per-order basis involves several essential costs, including stock procurement and international shipping fees. These costs are integral to providing you with a curated and distinctive shopping experience.
3. No Cash Refund Policy: In consideration of the per-order model and associated costs, we have implemented a no cash refund policy since 12.04.23. This policy reflects our commitment to maintaining the quality and efficiency of our operations. We appreciate your understanding as a valued customer.

EXCHANGE
- If an item is to be returned you need to have all the original packing, labels, sanitary stickers, ect. All items must be clean, unworn, unwashed, unused. Customers wishing to exchange merchandise must contact OPARI within 7 days of receiving the parcel. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
- Returned items much reach us within maximum 10 days after date item was received by customer. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable and delivery will be charged for delivery of exchanged item
- If you have received an incorrect order or faulty garment, shipping charges will be refunded. Please note if the customer wears their received incorrect order or faulty garment this voids exchange.
- All effort is made to produce items exactly as depicted in the pictures, however the photos vs item received may vary slightly in colour/stitching or look due to the handmade nature of the items. If you are unsure about your item, please contact info@opari.co.za before placing of order.
- No returns granted on any intimate wear items such as underwear/swimwear/shape-wear & earrings.
- Our returns and exchanges policies do not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or from wear and tear. Please inspect item when received to ensure all stitching/clips/buckles etc is in order as we will not accept any liability to replace items after 7 day period after receiving item.
- No guarantee on heel tips and diamantes of shoes & embellished garments.
ON SALE ITEMS
- When an item is purchased ON SALE (Discounted price), no returns/exchanges/credits are allowed!
- Please ensure that you are sure about your size (follow our size guides at each item description) as we will not exchange items due to incorrect size chosen
- No discount coupons allowed on sale items
HOW TO RETURN:
- In the unlikely case you receive a product that you’re not happy with, please email us at info@opari.co.za within 7 days of receiving the item so that we can arrange for a credit refund.
- We will however need you to return the item to us within 10 days after receiving your item via courier before we can arrange it (We can arrange for a courier collection for you and quote you on this at the time that you contact info@opari.co.za). Once we receive the item, we’ll email you confirmation of the approved return. This credit note will not include your original shipping cost. If the problem was caused by reasons other than material quality, assembly process, incorrect usage or care of the product (not following the prescribed wash care instructions) the original product will be returned to you at extra cost.
- Please note that credit can take up to 3- 7 working days to be administered after receipt of your returned parcel.
- Please note that NO RETURNS or REFUNDS are allowed on custom wedding dresses/any custom items if the item does not fit as desired. Please note that we work according to your measurements. Please ensure that the style of dress/garment is chosen to fit your body shape/expectation. Please read the terms of each item under its description. By ordering your custom item you automatically accept these terms.
- No custom changes to dress designs are allowed as this might alter the look of the dress to such an extent that the desired effect of the dress is not achieved as in advertised pictures.
- Regrettably we cannot accept returns or exchanges on international orders or any ‘sale’, discounted or promotional items.
- No cancellation of orders allowed after 24hours after placing of order. Cancellation of the order will incur a penalty of 50% (non-refundable) from sale price. Please ensure that you are aware of delivery time as our stock arrivals can take +/- 2-4 weeks to be delivered. If you have a deadline, please ensure to contact customer service to enquire before items is ordered.
Return and Exchange Policy for Pre-Loved Items:
OPARI's Pre-Loved Resale Program offers unique, pre-owned fashion pieces that have been carefully inspected and curated for our discerning customers. As part of our commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction, we want you to be aware of our policy regarding returns and exchanges for Pre-Loved items.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable:
- All Pre-Loved items sold through OPARI are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on Pre-Loved items.

Condition Disclosure:
- We make every effort to provide accurate and detailed information about the condition of each Pre-Loved item. High-quality images with clear depictions of any marks, damages, or wear will be included in the item photos to assist you in making an informed decision.

Inspections and Transparency:
- OPARI conducts thorough inspections of each Pre-Loved item before listing it for resale. We disclose all known conditions, faults, or marks in the item's description and photos. This ensures that you have a complete understanding of the item's condition before making a purchase.

Middleman Role:
- OPARI acts as a facilitator between the original owner (Consignor) and the new owner (Purchaser) of Pre-Loved items. We do not own or manufacture these items; we simply provide a platform for their resale. Any queries or concerns about the item should be directed to our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist you.
